Physical activity can help you manage some of the side effects of the treatments, and better cope with depression and anxiety linked to prostate cancer.

Are you physically active? What kind of sport do you do? Is it difficult for you to maintain regular physical activity?

Hi there, new to this site. Was diagnosed with prostate cancer a year ago, gone through radiotherapy, no it seems to be gone so I'm trying to get back to normal life. All my life I've been physically active: swimming, jogging, playing volleyball with friends. I try to stay active for as long as my age permits, just cutting down a bit on frequency.
