Good advisor
I would need some convincing on this one. I have been a runner for most of my adult life. Certainly from 35 to 55 and then due to a spinal condition had to stop but continued to exercise at least 3 times a week in a gymnasium. At 69 years of age I was diagnosed with PC and opted for surgery. I don't know anyone of my age who exercises more.
