Good advisor
I noticed about 10 years after my diagnosis. My right leg was getting stiffer over time. Now, 30 years after being diagnosed, spasticity and foot drop are the two main symptoms of M.S. that I put up with daily.
I find most of the information I need through the internet.
If I want to try a different drug I discuss it with my G.P. or I email my M.S. nurse.

How did you know you had spasticity? Did your doctor explain to you what it means and why you are suffering from it?
Where do you usually look for information if you wand to learn more about this symptom?
