I have never been offered a rescue pack by my nurse or GP. Didn’t actually know what one was until very recently.

I haven't had to fortunately, but I'm sure many have between the stress of this situation or the spring weather coming through. Stay safe x

Hi everyone, I don't know what has triggered my asthma I ended up taking steroids and antibiotics. Self isolating for 2 weeks. It's frustrating. Had anyone else had to do this?
