Hi everyone, how are you today? Have any of you experienced what carolineF describes? Is it something that happens often or just occasionally? Have you asked your doctor about it? How do you manage it?

I have a lot of problems with this partly because I have a hiatus hernia. My son who is nearly 30 had a really scary attack tonight in the middle of our dinner. He has only been given inhalers other than ventalin, since he had covid just before Christmas..I am glad that I am used to it because it was out of the blue. We had Nepalese food which is one of our favourites but he had put some extra chilli on his and I think it was the extra heat that did it.

Hi there, I've noticed that whenever I eat, especially a large meal, that it becomes more difficult for me to breathe... Has anyone else had this? I thought it was just the excesses of all the Christmas and Boxing day meals, but I'm still having it weeks later.
