Hey everyone 😊
For me it’s mostly weather changes and allergies that trigger my asthma, especially when the seasons shift. Cold air can mess me up pretty fast too. I do have an action plan from my doctor, and it honestly helps a lot just knowing what to do if things start getting worse. Day-to-day, I just try to stay on top of things, always have my inhaler with me, check pollen/weather, and try not to ignore early symptoms (learned that the hard way 😅). It’s not always predictable, but having a bit of a routine makes it easier to manage. Would love to hear what works for others too! 💙
