Good evening everyone

I found a lump in my armpit 24th November saw doctor 26th who prodded poked and felt the lump and told me.he was referring me urgent to the breast clinic that appointment is Friday 8th December

I'm so so nervous and scared last week I was ok now this week has hit and I'm all over the place and constantly in my head over thinking everything and second guessing every niggle and new thing I've not slept properly for 2 days it's always on my mind

I've lost weight only 2lbs in less then a week and I'm not trying to lose weight at all I keep seeing just one magpie 😭 (see second guessing everything)

I feel so lost and I want to get out of my head

Friday 830am needs to hurry up

Sorry for the long post

Thanks for any replies

I don't know whether to think I haven't got it then end up devastated or think I do have it so I'm not as shocked

I just can't think positive

Hi @Babz86

How are you doing?

I'm sure you had trouble sleeping tonight, it is soon Friday 830am. The waiting and unknowing may be worse than having the facts and living with the results. Good luck tomorrow, stay strong, 💪 and know, everything will turn out ok in the end.

Please check back in after the appointment. The Carenity community is here to support, no matter what your results read.

Take care,

Lizzi from the Carenity team 💕

You found your lump, your testing and possible treatment is being fast tracked by your GP, so in reality all good. Like all cancers catching it early is the best option, if it is indeed a serious condition. Lumps and bumps have many reasons for appearing so don't worry to much as it may not be so serious.

My wife and I have lumps all the time, I very aware of small lumps post neck cancer some years ago. Good luck on a positive diagnoses!
