@frederica I've noticed as I've gotten older that I have more issues at night, I don't know if age contributes. Have you changed your pillows or bedsheets? Maybe it's related to allergies?

I have had asthma since I was a teenager (35 now). It's normally mild and intermittent. But lately I've been having some bad flares. Had to call 999 a few weeks ago and get treatment at A&E. I have been waking up at night a lot too.
I have never had anything like this before... Has anyone had something like this? If so what helps?
