For me the tremors are the biggest challenge. It makes everyday things so difficult like holding a cup of tea, texting and using the computer, typing
sharing a meal with others as I spill food trying to get it to my mouth. Not a pretty sight.
There are lots of other things but I won’t go on.

Hello everyone,
How are you today? I thought I would open this discussion because life with Parkinson's can be different for everyone!
What is the biggest challenge you face whilst living with Parkinson's? Is it the tremors or motor issues? Is it the general lack of knowledge or understanding of the disease? Or is it something else? Have you had to change aspects of your daily life or routine because of it? How do you cope with these challenges?
