Good advisor
So sorry you're struggling like this, but depression can be managed very well with the right support, you may never be the confident girl you once were, but that doesn't mean you can't be real confident, and very closely as confident as you used to be, depression treatment, and talking therapies have come a long way, and the stigma surrounding it is getting less every day, so there's no shame in admitting you need some help, the best thing for depression, is talk, talk, and talk some more, so keep coming back here, and things really will get better, it may be slow at first, but I am living proof that things can get better despite how bad things are :)

I have been living with depression and anxiety for around 8 years now, I never understood anything about the illness at first and was trying not accept that I was really poorly, I didn't want to know and tried to shut of from my feelings but they catch you at some point, I have had to try and accept that my life will never be the same as it used to be, I'll never get to be the confident girl I once was instead I'm stuck with a brain that is making me ill.
