Thanks for sharing this. It’s a real boost to hear from someone who’s had a rough day with seizures and can still notice when today feels a bit lighter.

• What helps you stay positive after a seizure day?
• Do you have small routines that make the “next day” easier (rest, hydration, low-stimulation time)?
• How do you handle the emotional side, like fear of the next seizure or feeling wiped out?
• What does a “good day” look like for you right now, even in small ways?
