My wife states she does not do mornings or afternoon but energised at night. But I will say observing her she does have energy on some mornings and does a few jobs but not in the afternoon!

Fatigue is a very common complaint of people suffering with lupus. Some people are tired already when they get up in the morning, others by the time they get home from work.
Are you familiar with the fatigue? How many hours of sleep do you need to feel better? How do you cope with tiredness?
If you have a any tips please don't hesitate to share them with others.
Thanks!
