I'm on symbicort 200 and montelast tablets and been on 3 courses of steroids since Dec but not had letter or text from NHS Scotland are they not sending texts or letters out in Scotland is it just NHS England that is sending texts out my bosses demanding a letter I work in a shop I'm stressed as what to do

Hey I'm in the same boat here in London I'm taking seretide 250 mg 2 puffs twice a day and montelukast tablet and I too have had no text or letter and I can see my medication name on the list and I get the flu jab each year so just don't know where I stand too

I agree with both the posts above, there has been no information sent out to Asthma or COPD sufferers in Scotland.  I also have the flu jab and pneumonia one as well and have had a really bad Asthma attack when I was rushed to hospital.  It is a bit worrying that our GPs have not given us guidance as to the best way forward.

It's take your inhalers as prescribed  by your GP and don't stop them, if you feel any changes phone your GP or you feel your having an attack call 999.  This is what I was advised to do.

 I have asthma and copd. Relatives have just asthma. We all have had letter and text to isolate for 12 weeks.

Yes isolate away for 12 weeks

@Sharon70 what medication do your family member take as I take salbutamol and seretide and they are both on the Asthma UK Web page as high risk but had no letter or text
