I have asthma and during this covid 19 I have been self isolation how long do I need to do this for i have still been using my relvar inhaler every day and the asthma nurse told me to take a couple of antihistamines every day which I've done I fell good would like to go out for some fresh air but am I allowed out I also have diabetes too xxxx
