Hi everyone, do you find that exercise helps your COPD? What kind of exercise do you do? If you find that exercise is too hard on your breathing, what do you do to stay active?

Exercise helps me with my COPD as it seems to open the airways especially walking I have a pedometer and Mon. 22nd I did 2128 steps around my local park today I did 2273. will gradually try to increase this as I feel it benefits my leg muscles and I feel better mentally as I am not sitting on my backside brooding about my condition
