Lost a friend of mine yesterday to suicide. 3rd loss ive had in my life to suicide. I know they are not thinking straight when they do this. But really wish that the brain would trigger an alert..."do you realise the pain & hurt this will cause?"

I know. I've been there. No-one will even notice I've gone. No-one will care etc.

It hurts so much right now. Feel like my heart has been crushed.

I suppose I'm writing this because if there are people out there suffering and hurting. Please get help. People will notice & people do care. There is help out there. Please think of your family & friends that you  leave behind & the crushed hearts

Hello @cassie

We are really sorry for your loss! All our thoughts go to you.

At the same time thanks for your message, as you say it is vital to stress the importance of ones life and how, even if we think the contrary, we are not alone and there are people that care about us.

Another tip, always reach out to someone when you are having those kind of thoughts and there is also samaritans.org that help a lot.
