My Beautiful wife and soulmate died suddenly on the fourth of march and was buried on the 17th just before lockdown I am 78 years old and some times i just wish i could be with her, not only suffer from copd but also have bladder cancer and kidney desease and i now find myself alone and lost as i have no family near me I can't stop crying i cry at least 3 times every day since she passed, my doctor has given me some sleeping tablets but they do not work well and i only get between 3 and 4 hours sleep every night and wonder if it is lack of sleep that is making me so emotional. some times i wish i could just join her I miss her so very very much. i think if it hasen't happened to you then you cannot truly understand what i am going through and there is nothing i can do about it i am even crying as i write this will it ever stop
