Hi everyone 👋
Going out for groceries, meeting someone, attending an appointment, or simply spending some time outside may seem like ordinary parts of the day.
But when you’re living with COPD, you may find yourself thinking ahead — about how much walking will be involved, where you can take a break, the weather, your breathing, or whether today feels like a good day to go out.
These are small decisions that people around you may never notice.
Does leaving home take more planning for you because of COPD?
What is something you always consider or prepare before going out?
Share your experiences, the little things that make outings easier for you, or any questions you have for others living with COPD. Someone else in the community may relate to something you’ve learned along the way. 💙
Take Care,
Razar from the Carenity team
