hi i've just signed in.
my doctor advised me to get a stationary bike and I can say it has a positive effect - helps me catch my breath. However I am not sure I'm doing it right, for now it's only 2 times a week for ten minutes, and I don't go too fast.
Can you tell me if that's enough?

I have an exercise bike and use it occasionally. When I do use it I attempt to do 15 mins on the lowest setting and 10 mins on level 1. have some 1kg weights which I also use.

Has anyone tried water aerobics as a light sport? I figured that since it's low impact and the air is humid it might be a good idea. Any reviews?
