I have never measured mine doing anything strenuously but get very short of breath after doing anything, even getting dressed is exhausting sometimes. Not on any oxygen therapy at moment and only see my COPD Technician once a year

Hello everyone, how are you doing today? π
When living with COPD, moving around or doing physical activity can sometimes feel like a challenge. Some people experience a drop in their oxygen levels during exercise or even light activity, this is called exercise-induced desaturation.
If this has happened to you, you're not alone. It can feel unsettling or frustrating, especially when it limits your mobility or confidence.
π¬ Have you ever noticed that your oxygen levels drop during or after physical activity?

Sharing your experience could really help others feel more prepared and less alone in navigating this aspect of COPD.
Take care,
