two years ago I was diagnosed with mild copd, I quit smoking and lead a relatively healthy life style, I recently contracted covid, I’m fully vaccinated, had 4 vaccinations, I had covid very mild, was testing negative after 5 days of being infected, I urge people with copd to get the vaccine as I believe it’s helped me from getting really sick

Hi @daza1970

I am so glad to hear you have recovered from covid and that it was mild for you. Thank you for posting your experience related to covid and vaccinations.

The only difference between me and daza1970 is that I was diagnosed with COPD in 2015 and mine is now more advanced. The vaccination and Covid details are almost identical. I too have had 4 vaccinations and have had a mild infection. The only reason I tested was that we were due a visit from a vunerable relative neither my wife or I had thought we were infected. I will take any other vaccine offered and recommend others to do the same.
