Hi Chrissie,
Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us! ❤️ It's wonderful to hear how much your quality of life has improved after 20 years of living with COPD. Your story is truly encouraging, especially for others who may be going through difficult times.
It's lovely that you've found a routine with breathing exercises and healthier eating that works for you. Although it's difficult to know exactly what has contributed to such a significant improvement, I'm glad you're feeling so much better.
Wishing you continued good health and many more happy years ahead. Thank you for spreading hope and positivity within our community! ❤️
Take care,
Razar from the Carenity team💖

I was diagnosed 20 yearsvago. I've now turned a corner and enjoy a much betterblife. No more oxygen 24/7 No puffers no medication for it. I just been doing breathing exercises each day and for the last few years spending a lot on good nutritional food. A lot of red meat and I eat healthily now. I've had no choice. I've got little money as I eat better and my STAGE 4 COPD is more like early stage of mild emphysema only noted on my MRI in January 2026!! How? and Why? Doctors and Consultants don't know. So they can't explain my improvement by maybe it is God?? How else. My exercises and diet must have helped me too. Thank you for reading this I wish you all better in your fight with COPD.
BLESSINGS FROM Chrissie
