I have been prescribed Oramorph, which is liquid morphine, to help with breathlessness. I would like to hear from anyone else who has used this medication. Thanks in advance

Look out for the constipation and keep suitable remedies on hand as your firm up. Otherwise it works well at pain killing but for breathlessness I don't know.

@Hidden username How have you found the treatment so far? Did it help with your breathlessness?

Did it help? I call it my "liquid lungs." The difference is amazing. Medicines don't work the same for evreyone but I would certainly give it a try if i was you. Hope this helps.

@Hidden username Hi John, that's wonderful news! Maybe others will have success too with "liquid lungs" :)
I'm glad that your breathlessness has cleared up, thanks for the feedback!
Have any other members tried it?

It's not actually cleared up but I now longer gasp for air like I used to. I can do a lot more and don't get so breathless. Thanks for caring.
