@MaggiD , thank you for sharing!
How does bad weather make you feel? Has it always been like this for you, as well as for your children?

I haven't noticed the weather having any affect on my depression.
I know one thing that really affects my mood and that is when I'm on my periods.

Absolutely yes, when it's wet I'm in so much more pain than when it's warm and dry.

Personally I like the cooler weather, I have more energy and seem to be more active ,dry and cool or a frosty morning I am in heaven . Seems all the forums on the vaccines has been scrapped ,so I do not come on to the site very often

Hope you've been doing well lately!
Some people claim their mood can be influenced by the weather: if it's sunny, they are cheerful and full of energy, if it's grey and rainy - they feel down, tired and irritated.
Is this your case? Have you noticed any difference in your mood and energy level depending on the weather?
Feel free to share and discuss it here!
Take care
Courtney
