Truly sorry your suffering..I'm suffering high anxiety.. but instead of wishing it away..I have to work with it ..see what I can do ..what food I eat. Stop smoking.no Alcohol..Try find some meditation.. I listen to a guy Michael Tyrrell.. called wholetones..he used music.at a different frequency to heal.. I felt God had reminded me of him..when my anxiety was quite high. I have to push myself to listen with earphones. But it is beneficial.. just a suggestion..so work with it. God bless

Hi all
i help many clients reduce anxieties and depression through hypnosis
Although self talk and autogenic training is very powerful, which is a way of repeating “your name is feeling calmer now, ( breathe in out slowly), because she/he is feeling calmer now and in all future situations “( breathe in out slowly) repeat 20-30 times outloud sitting whilst abdominal breathing...if can get up 15-30 minutes earlier as you will affect alpha brain waves to relax you and much more...also perform self talk before bed etc not sure if I can put my website on here but google my name hope this helps all

@Zenavyse I can relate to how you've been feeling, I've also really been struggling with my mental health. Try to keep your head up and take care of yourself. Try to do things that make you happy if you can (whatever it be, from listening to music or singing or writing, going for walks...). Just getting out the house for a bit each day helps me.
Stay strong, things will get better!

@Zenavyse I know it took me 5 months to find a job. Then they just ended my contract after 3 months probation with no warning and no real explanation. Both letter to explain anything. I worked hard so frustrated by it now back to square one gives me very little hope now as so many more people are now looking for work.

@Tototony thanks for the advice. The main thing causing me problems is not seeing my friends

Hi all...
I'm new here and new to the UK. I've been unemployed for 8 months now and my anxiety and depression is affecting my ability to get a job. Feel like 2020 has been a nightmare.
Glad I came across this group. Hope we all find some comfort.
