Quite simply - Does anybody have any experience of using this plant for any benefit with their personal mental health?

I haven't tried cannabis, but I've tried CBD. I found it just made me sleepy. I believe cannabis is a "downer' drug, like alcohol so I don't know how useful it would be for someone depressed unless they had anxiety issues too. Anyone else tried?

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H
