My name is Sean Johnson, an Actor who has been suffering depression for 25 years due to P.T.S.D but may go back further from childhood.

After leaving the Army in 1991 the stress contributed towards my depression from childhood and i thought i was going crazy, temper flaring and shutting myself away from people.

It took me a long time to realise that i had a problem when in 2014 i had a bad case of depression and i was not eating which did not help when you are Diabetic, at the moment i am awaiting to see Psychologist about my problem and hoping i can either conquer it or be able to deal with.

Having a bad childhood due to abuse from my Stepmother and bullying from the Army, yes it has been very difficult but now i know that IAPT is there to help and get me the therapy that is needed for me, if you believe you have this please see your Doctor as there is help for you.
