I know how you feel. Sometimes when you feel like crap the hardest thing to do is describe it.
If it's any consolation I feel like crap too.....

Ditto to all the above. This group is the right place to "Let it all out". I am a firm believer in no longer letting things fester. Say it and then forget it.
Sometimes, we don't even know why we feel so crap but then life is a mystery full stop.
Any particular reason as to why Susan?
It is so hard to "get over it as appears to be the common thought. If life was that easy !!
I do hope that you are having a better day.?
My advice is to let it out girl; it is therapeutic.
Big hugs. x

Hi everyone,
Thank you all so much for the lovely comments, so refreshing to hear none of us are alone, as sometimes we can forget that. I am feeling much better today. I would even go so far as to say I feel pretty good

Keep posting lovely lady. It is good to read about people having good days and accepting bad days. It is important to not only focus on the negatives but also the positives as it is all part of what we are all going through on our own private journeys called "life"
It proves that no one has to feel alone on here.
Have a fun filled Thursday. x

I know the feeling its the worst its just horrible and when i have them bad days i often snap at my partner or family members without even knowing and trust me its hards and Im 19 and i just try to think of the positives and thrive on a career in the future and still coping with the loss of my father and grandmother and that toke a toll i have times where i want to give but then i think would they want to see me give up and not try or grab the oppurtunity and just make the most of it
Positivity and thinking of things that make you happy x

How old is your puppy Sylvia?
Hand on heart , my Labrador got me through the truly dark, frightening, lonely days. She helped me to focus on something else apart from the misery called anxiety depression.
When I couldn't sleep due to my frantic mind, I would take her out even if it was at silly o clock in the morning. I would walk her for long distances which along with exercising her , it helped to exercise me not only physically but mentally . It released my "happy hormones".
She always knew when was upset/ really low as she would come over and lick me or doggy kiss as I used to call them; despite me not liking being dog licked!!'
It really will change your life Sylvia. The saying that "dog is mans best friend " is so true.
Lauzy; Stick with those thoughts for your future ,but try not to look to far ahead. Little by little, day by day..
Accept that you will have un explainable down days but you will also have good days that with the support and commitment from you then you will find the inner peace/contentment that you deserve.
It is ok to feel sad , just try not to dwell for too long.
I never thought that I would ever be happy when in the midst of my darkest days but I can't tell you how wonderful my life is . It was a long road to go down but I have made it and so can you.
Keep chatting as you will get through this bumpy journey.
Big Friday hugs to you both.
xx
