Hey Guys, how are we all tonight, Overwhelm gets us all, I had a melt down because my supermarket moved its selves around, and had a full blown panic attack in the first Aisle, take baby steps small goals, you will see how far you have came if you can tick of 5 small goals , as appose to 1 big one, I have had major memory problems and communication problems, I am starting to get back some of my skills but this message probably takes me five times as long as it would have 10 years ago, and 5 years ago I wouldn't even turn on the computer it all just over whelmed me....

The baby steps..... and you fiancée would want to be able to support you, and you are the only one who can allow that to happen.

love light and peace

Hi LeeBee thanks for advice its the support network that I get ticked off with, Me to also and why I gave up. Then created your own to your needs. I then realized I needed to learn to cope not talk if you know what I mean.

Replying to Rob.
Hi LeeBee thanks for advice its the support network that I get ticked off with I only have my fiancee, supposed 'family' are like just get on with it and toughen up 'total ignorance' or my dad is like do you want a cup of tea thats his way:-@ he doesnt know how to react like me:-@So you can imagine that at times when fiancee says 'are you ok' I dont like telling the truth all the time:-@. My new job is making me ill my learning difficulties are affecting me I work in tiling so measurements, colours, names of tiles, what adhesives and grouts are best etc...ITS TO OVERWHELMING:-@

So like me breakdown all your issues and deal with them one at a time and rebuild to your world not the one that has drawn you here. Only trying to be real and honest plus trying to help us all and hope you all help me too..;) I also have
Dyslexia, look at my edits...Hehe shit happens.
