Had a lot going on since January and things are still not going well  I feel as though I have no-one to turn to, and I feel as though I have to be the strong one all the time

seems draft because on a bad day with my depression i dont get joy with anything i normally love to do :( But what are your interests or hobbies. Do you love sewing or colouring or listening to music, that helps me some days. Talking sometimes helps not always though.

Always around if you need a chat drop a message :)

I recently lost my father which has made me worse and often find that I have to cope on my own. I have never spoken about how my condition does affect me day to day. I find taking a walk or going for a drive helpful but not always. If it wasn't for work on occasions I wouldn't have gotten out of bed. It can be very disabling condition for me. Often feel in a dark hole.

Yeah depression is my dark hole, i lost my grandad suddenly in Novemeber last year, so i am sorry to hear about your father. My grandad died of 2 massive heart attacks (he was dying slowly and painfully in front of mine and my familys eyes anyways, he had cancer and a heart condition that couldnt be fixed )
