Hi, I ahven't been on here for a while, had a nasty chest infection. Got me wondering, how often do others get sick? I get infections quite often myself, and they are usually pretty bad,like the one I just had. Got me bedridden for almost two weeks. I got tested for covid several times but the results came negative. The cough I had was terrible. and it hasn't gone away completely, I still feel weak.

How do you manage your infections? What can I do to avoid getting them so often?

Hi @dpoc02 sorry to hear about that! Hope you are doing much better now!

I'll tag some of our members here to see if they could bring some insights as to whether they are also prone to infections, and how they treat them.

@mikebpool @deardoll @Jenny91 @Tigger.co.uk @Terrie @Eileen1956 @moira64 @copperbeech @valwilson21 @laney365 @Debbiegryan @Alan1962 @Trcy72 @Paris1964 @Angliz

How have you been doing?

Do you think COPD makes you more prone to infections? How often do you get them? What are your usual treatments and how do you manage it all?

Feel free to share and discuss in the comments below!

Thank you!

Courtney
