well i think i must be a lucky one,as i have my wife to keep me company and my hobby,so im pretty much ok,i do feel sorry for my wife however,she has run out of her books,so she cant do much,apart from that we are just staying in as we are in the at risk category and if we get it we would be in big trouble,i have found out about other helpfull things available such as our council would get me and my wife some food so that a big relief of our minds.

Hi I'm doing fine thank you...keeping busy around the house..plenty to take my mind of this awful virus..hope all members are well..stay safe 🙂

on my second week of staying in keeping busy doing jobs ringing family to check on them sooner stay in than ger carried out

@Simba1234  hi and welcome it’s is hard and frustrating but we can all be here for each other 

@Marie9 the same as me getting fed up now hope you are OK 

 Hi I can related to your situation..if you excise a little I find going up and down stairs helps..you have to keep active ..work you lungs ..go for walk round your garden do not sit in the same room change rooms every few hours look out window ..i put music on and dance around also. Hope this helps..stay safe all
