I have been self isolated for 14 days now I am a bit worried as I have COPD I have been coughing a lot more and have a lot of mucus

well i think i must be a lucky one,as i have my wife to keep me company and my hobby,so im pretty much ok,i do feel sorry for my wife however,she has run out of her books,so she cant do much,apart from that we are just staying in as we are in the at risk category and if we get it we would be in big trouble,i have found out about other helpfull things available such as our council would get me and my wife some food so that a big relief of our minds.

on my second week of staying in keeping busy doing jobs ringing family to check on them sooner stay in than ger carried out

 Hi I can related to your situation..if you excise a little I find going up and down stairs helps..you have to keep active ..work you lungs ..go for walk round your garden do not sit in the same room change rooms every few hours look out window ..i put music on and dance around also. Hope this helps..stay safe all
