Hi everyone! Just checking in, how’s your sleep been lately?

Many members living with COPD have shared how hard it is to get proper rest. Whether it’s waking up in the night gasping for air or just not feeling refreshed in the morning, sleep can be a real struggle.

πŸ’ What’s your experience?

  • Are you usually able to sleep through the night?
  • Have you tried anything (meds, sleep positions, breathing aids) that actually helps?
  • How do you cope on days when you're running on little rest?

Sleep and lung health are deeply connected, and you deserve both support and solutions.

Warmly,
Somya from the Carenity team 🌼

At the moment I have had loads of tests xrays, ultrasound, ct scan loads of blood tests have got nodules on my lungs, I have gaul stones in my pancreas, also my bloods are not good so have to see a radiologist have more tests, have to see a consultant about my op, also have to have more bloods taken for my diabetes and have to have to see about my eyes had a flu and covid jab but feeling very tired and iam losing weight and going off my food so not sleeping very good at all had infections been on antibiotics and steroids, but still very poorly and it's been a very worrying time as having breast cancer and clear for 7yrs it's still been really scary as I have had loads of different tests hopefully all will be OK after seeing everyone, but I am feeling very poorly it's a very worrying time my emphysema copd and chronic asthma isn't helping so maybe when I see the radiologist all will be OK, and my bones are very week also, so I have just been resting more taking each day as it comes
