I would like to know if anyone has had side effects from any of the vape liquid's you can buy. Just yesterday I did vape a lot and found I was having difficulty this morning. I would like to give up taking anything but air into me but it is so hard. Any suggestions please

I stopped smoking just before Christmas.  I take it you are vaping because you smoked?  The difference in my breathing has been amazing.  My GP was amazed as to the change in my activity level.  I started vaping on 18% now down to 11%.  No side effects at all other than I can now walk a mile everyday.

I gave up smoking 2 yrs ago and started to use an e-cig and today I am battling for breath. I am starting to be convinced that they cause congestion of the lungs, there is no other reason my lungs should have deteriorated so much so now I will try to pack them up. I am also on a forum called PATIENT and a couple of people on there said horrible things about them. My daughter has begged me to stop as her Dad died recently of an infection caused by his lung congestion and he was an e-cig user.
