Horrible when you got nobody, not even anyone to talk to because your so mental that you driven everyone away.

Sometimes I wonder if its worth hanging on.

Yes it is worth hanging on please dont get to think that way my dad  spent 28 yrs in a mental hospital, and seeing him go through that it was hard  but he fell to his death from his hospital window, now myself have lots of illnesses, been a battered wife ,was raped at 17 ,been stalked ,been on the street for 6 months ,had three really bad marriages, had my life threatened was bullied from the age of 6 till I left school ,now have a fantastic husband, 3 beautiful children 11 wonderful grandchildren and one great grandson, I was going to throw it all away but I didnt I have lots of illnesses fighting breast cancer, cant eat the food that I used to there is still a lot of life in me now I will never give up so please dont think that way life is for living this pandemic has made everyone's mental health high but it will get better just keep your faith and stay strong there are a lot of people out there worse off than us so never give up just stay strong and it will work out sending love and hugs from Tiger

Why not get free professional help; just talking to a person about our problem is a big help

I have had many very low days recently.  I live alone, i have one grown up son.. Sadly he does not keep in touch with me as often as i could like.   its a long story, and i am frightened to ask him why? he does not call me, visit me etc.. he lives 10 mins away.  I childmind his children, and get them fed and take them to his home (separated from their mum).  I give my time and love to those 2 little ones, and i get no thanks.  I am hurting so much...

It has been a nightmare week for me. On Thursday I spent over one and a half hours in a MRI machine lying on my back totally still.I was in agony when it was finished but I then had to undergo three ultrasounds. I could not sleep for the pain and to make things even worse Friday 13th November is the anniversary of my dad's death. 41 years and yet it still hurts so bad, I miss him so much.

At times like this I just want to be with him at least then my pain would stop.
