Im new to this group but im trying everything i can at the moment t beat this depression and suicidal thoughts. I havnt felt this low in my hole life i jis feel like im on the outside watching everyone live there lives. I feel sad and lonely all the time. Im a single mother to a 3 year old boy and

hes the only reason i get up every morning, everything seems so much harder at the moment the pain is unbearable

Well thats it with me,,,, people say talk aboput it and let people know but i would rather bury it and not talk about it because it hurts me the way i am and i can't get back to how i was.

Hi im steph im 70 a widow an suffer from depression i self harm not often but its hard not too wen on my own ,i get so lonely i cry all the time, wud love to hear from others as my so called friends dont bother now im like this as i was always happy go lucky, lonliness is killin me an i find it hard not to do somethin silly
