Hi Courtney, interesting question... I wouldn't know where to start. So much has happened since my diagnosis.
But I would definetely say you should stay positive. I know it's easier said than done, and it takes a lot of effort to make yourself look on the bright side of things when nothing is going as it should be, but it is really vital. Because once you let yourself be sad and start pitying yourself too much, you will find it hard to stop. Been there, done that.

Dear Carenity members,
I'd like to start this new discussion in order to help all those who have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer.
What would be your advice to those newly diagnosed? What would you recommend to help them cope with the disease and its symptoms on a daily basis and to stay positive?
Do not hesitate to share your own experience, it will be greatly appreciated!
Take care!
