@Courtney_J Yes, I did one at a centre not long after my diagnosis, it was wonderful. They gave me all sorts of advice and information on COPD and exercises to help me cope with the breathlessness and other aspects. It was very helpful. I'm thinking about doing a follow-up programme or something to refresh my memory but I'm not sure it's possible with the long wait lists and things.

I started on COPD Herbal treatment, the treatment worked incredibly for my lungs condition. I used the herbal treatment for almost 4 months, it reversed my COPD. i did several it in the past didnt find it helped me top much to ill to so one now
