Hi there. I received a text this morning from NHS saying that I could open a window but couldn't go outside my property. It also said I couldn't take my rubbish out. I have already been in the house for 3 weeks but am I to understand that I can't even go on my garden now? Have you or do you know of anyone else who has had this text. I am now feeling as if I am in prison?

I have not had a letter from NHS but I have a letter from my Dr. Which says I should be treated as a priority.

have registered with the Gov three times but so far nothing from them.  I just need to be able to get a priority slot for delivery to my home. I keep trying.

i am in my seventh week of complete isolation.  I keep busy outside when weather permits otherwise indoors as I can always find something to do.

keep safe and well everyone

seems a bit severe! I had the letter a couple of weeks ago but not had any texts. I still go out for exercise but take all precautions and stay away from everyone in the street, crossing over the road when necessary. We still need to keep as fit as we can, and we all need open space on occasion!!
