@Somya.P I’ve heard meditation helps, but in my case I’ve tried to use ADHD as a strength; the ability to multitask can be a strong advantage

Hello everyone, how are you doing?
ADHD diagnoses and prescriptions have risen sharply in recent years, sparking debates about whether we’re over-diagnosing the condition and relying too heavily on medication as a primary treatment. Experts warn that while ADHD can have a profound impact on those with severe symptoms, there’s a risk of simplifying the diagnosis and over-prescribing medication, particularly for mild cases.
What do you think about this topic? Have you or someone you know been diagnosed with ADHD? Do you feel the diagnosis and treatment process was thorough and effective? What role should non-medication treatments, like therapy or environmental changes, play in managing ADHD?
