Cognitive behavioural therapy helped me out, I used to be scared of heights so much!!! I never believed in online therapy, but I decided to give it a try. I contacted a therapist whos name was Nedev i believe, she was working on plusguidance.com.We had 4 sessions and she really did help me out a lot. I still keep in touch with her every 2-3 weeks, highly recommended

I have struggled with it for 5 years now.I can hardly go out, unless it with my hubby.I feel so panicky and nervous that is difficult in its self with him.I often refuse to go out.
My doctor has reffered me to a mental health place as he is worried about my health as I have often missed vital appointments.
I wish I could be normal what ever that maybe.
