Borderline personality disorder: Share your story!

I suffer with borderline personality disorder and depression.  I take Mirtazapine 30mg every night. I still have my off days and I can be snappy or I feel like crying for unknown reason. 

I also have borderline BPD, it is the amount of noise in my head with the negative voices as well that tires me out. The battle of the mind is the hardest I have.  The BPD started due to sexual abuse from the age of 8, gang rape when I was 11 and again at 13 and 3 very abusive relationships.  Having a breakdown, trying to take my life on numerous occasions, tiring myself out is easy, then the voices start, then the arguments with my wonderful husband.  It seems to go around in circles very annoying.  I have a great relationship with God and pray a lot, God is good to me and has eased me a lot. Everyone deals differently with their problem, I appreciate my relationship with God.  My daughter also has this and hers came about because of drugs.

Hi, I have BPD, PTSD and associates depression and anxiety. Coping with the noise from the multiple voices in my head are a daily struggle. I also self harm and struggle to be out of the house for too long. Most days I would rather not go out at all. Every day is a struggle as I am so tired all the time. I have tried talking therapies and mindfulness but they just don't work for me
