Good morning everyone, how are you all holding up? Have you been worried more about your health lately given the current public health crisis? How do you cope with it? Do you have any techniques or tips for taking your mind off of it?

I've found a great app for my phone called Dare it's great for anxiety and relaxing this app has been great for keeping my mind off my worries I also draw I've started a journal every night I add 3things I'm grateful for. I put on a nice film and knit and cross stitch this is great to stop my mind wandering 🙂

I know that feeling all too well and the only way I escape is through chilling out and listening to music it helps calm down the anxiety and sometimes stops stress as well

I didn't know there was a term for this, but I've been feeling this way since the pandemic started. I think it will be some time until I'm eligible for the jab because of my age so it's almost all I can think about. It makes me not want to leave the house ever to do the shopping or anything else.
