Good advisor
Hi,
The biggest problem with depression is the way your head works against you. Its so very different to how you used to be and doesnt make sense so dont try yourself.
Losing someone is so hard especially somebody we were close to but it sounds like what you are going through is perfectly normal. It is still early days and there will be so many unanswered questions wizzing around in your head. when we are feeling down it is difficult to see the bright side of anything. Allow yourself time to grieve.
Think of all the good and positive times you had with your nan and if she was anything like mine she would kick your a**e for feeling so sad.
Keep talking its a magical cure and remember if you climb through the darkest clouds you will always see the sun !
take care
