Suicidal thoughts, not coping, how to get treatment without carrying out my plans?

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H

I am struggling to live my life positively. This is due to long term unemployment, lack of marital relations for nearly 4 years.
I suffer from epilepsy, which has been treated with surgery and ongoing medication. I now feel that is a latter problem but I suffer from ongoing confusion due to life long seizures causing confusion and moderate learning difficulties.
I am trying to take each day as it comes now and not worry about what is out of my control and capability.
