Hey @rainbow768! How are you today?
Thank you for starting this discussion. I think it is a very interesting topic we all can talk about. Meditation can be a helpful tool for calming down emotions, coping with stress and so much more. I will tag some members, who might want to share their thoughts on this topic!

@Polina.K Hi
Before the pandemic, I used to do yoga, but I canceled my gym since. Now I try to do it when I think of it, but it only ends up being once a month and I don't event know if I'm doing it right.

I used to listen to an autosuggestion recording, but I found my concentration straying from the recording, which was very old and made on a tape; over the years the recording became difficult to hear and I had to stop. I am not interested in meditation but this was the nearest I came to doing it. I say a few very short prayers and that is a sort of meditation. I like to write comments in face book; which perhaps, is a sort of meditation.

@TWWTS1 I feel that. Consistency is pretty hard with meditation or yoga for me so far, but I try to remember that rare is better than never

@BrianM Facebook comments are pretty relaxing to write! Have you tried looking up guided meditations on youtube maybe? If you ever decide to give it a chance I can recommend searching there.
