Hello, i need to keep my laptop on throughout the night . I sometimes will put on music or a Podcast this helps me to dose off or sleep for 2-3 hours . A good sleep is 4 -6 hours. I am doing terrible just now cant sleep due to physical pain and i am feeling tired all day long then there are times i want to sleep all day and night.

Thank you for sharing this! It’s really tough when physical pain disturbs sleep so much that you’re tired all day. Sounds help shift our focus away from worries or pain, and slow and calming music can especially slow down our heart rate and breathing, which tells the body to relax.
Have you ever tried any other relaxation techniques, like deep breathing or gentle stretches before bed, to help ease the pain? Some members also find weighted blankets or specific sleep positions helpful with pain management. Let us know if you’ve tried anything else that works, and feel free to reach out anytime for support!

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H

Sleep problems are all too common for those of us living with mental health issues. Stress, anxiety, and fatigue can make falling asleep difficult or lead to frequent nighttime awakenings. Poor sleep quality can then worsen symptoms, creating a frustrating cycle.
