@Pippadog Yes I switched over to the electric overblankets for nearly tenty years ago and never was cold again. My wife uses her side just to warm her up but I enjoy the full overnight heat and improved my sleep no end. So cheap to use and I have one at my static caravan, very useful this Easter being so cold!

Hey @anxietyisme! How are you?
Thank you for sharing? What is it exactly? Is it like a thicker blanket? I am interested to hear more! Also I am very glad you found comfort in using it. Getting good sleep is very important for overall well-being. I will tag some members who might want to share their thoughts on this topic and hopefully, we all can discuss this alter!

Hello everybody! How is your day going?
Have you ever heard of a weighted blanket? What do you think about it? would you like to try it? What helps you sleep better?
Take care,
Polina from the Carenity team

@Polina.K I am happy with my electric blanket. This gets put on before I go to bed to warm up the bed for an hour or two. It then gets turned off when in bed. I must admit I love it!

I have a weighted blanket it's difficult to use with a partner, I find my electrically heated blanket sufficient weight equally it gives me the heat required to reduce my painful legs and hips most of the time.

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H

Hi everyone
I wanted to recommend something I tried this winter. It helped me a lot to not feel as lonely- I fell asleep faster, it calmed me down. Something so simple- a weighted blanket. For about 100quid you can snuggle and sleep tight. I'm not saying it was magic, I still got my problems but it was nice to try.
