Hi everyone, how are you doing?

If you’re living with psoriasis and have a darker skin tone, you’ve probably noticed that your experience doesn’t always match what’s seen in brochures or even in some doctor’s offices. Psoriasis on skin of colour can present differently, be harder to diagnose, and affect quality of life in ways that aren’t always talked about enough.

A recent clinical trial brought some encouraging news: the biologic treatment guselkumab showed strong benefits for patients with skin of colour, including better skin clearance and a significant boost in quality of life. The study also showed that diversity in trials is possible, and it matters.

But beyond the data, we want to hear your lived experience.

💬 Has your psoriasis been hard to diagnose or treat due to your skin tone?

🗨️ Have you felt seen and heard by your doctors when it comes to your symptoms?

📌 What do you wish more people understood about how psoriasis shows up on skin of color?
