Hi all I use dovobet gel on body and scalpand find it very good. Also I found that less intake of alcohol and more moisturising is of great benefit. I try to keep to a cleaner diet but I just love eating crazy.

Hi all, after being on multiple creams and lotions for many many years and also having PUVA, etc etc. I was prescribed 'fumaderm' by my specialist which worked really really well with very limited side effects, this is the 1st line of treatment in Germany, it also illuminated the requirement of any creams or ointments. However, due to other medical issues I had to be taken off this medication, I am now on Humira injections, which started at every 2 weeks but is now every 4 weeks, excellent results, very quickly, NO side effects and is delivered to my home address directly for self administration. I wish that I had been prescribed these injections YEARS ago, it would have helped me to deal with my illness a lot better and would have greatly reduced my stress and anxiety levels and in turn my agrophobia and depression. So it needs ALL those suffering from this illness to very strongly request that your consultant dermatologist initiate this level of treatment IMMEDIATELY, immaterial of the initial cost, as this is very quickly offset by the complete stopping of all creams and lotions, an immediate lack of side effects, which means no more options to deal with the side effects and then a dramatic reduction in other related medication and finally a reduction in the number of appointments at the hospital, the 'cherry on the cake' is that it gives you back your self esteem and confidence which could result in a lot of previous 'sufferers' being able to return to work and normal living. Here's wishing you all the very best and I hope that 2018 will be a much better year for you all. Paul
